Grant Readiness Assessment

Before pursuing competitive funding, organizations need the internal systems, documentation, and capacity that funders expect. I evaluate readiness across financial management, program data, governance, and storytelling assets, identify gaps that could affect competitiveness, and provide concrete recommendations to strengthen your position before you apply.

Funding Strategy

I research funding opportunities across federal, state, and local government sources, as well as private foundations and corporate giving programs, and build a targeted pipeline based on your mission, programs, and capacity. Not every grant is worth pursuing. I assess eligibility, evaluate competitiveness, and prioritize opportunities so you're spending time on applications you can win.

Application Development

I manage every aspect of the application — narrative development, budget preparation, supporting documentation, and final submission — tailored to the funder's priorities and review criteria. I've helped clients secure over $100 million in competitive grants, appropriations, and contracts.

Post-Award Support

Winning the grant is the beginning. I help clients navigate grant agreement review, fund tracking, progress reporting, and compliance documentation, and communicate outcomes effectively to funders to support renewals and future awards.
