Boring Work Stuff

I am the Principal & Founder of CPRA Strategies, a public affairs firm based in sunny San Diego and serving clients nationwide.

I work with a variety of clients, including municipalities, corporations, nonprofits, and individuals.

On any given day, I may be lobbying at the California State Capitol in Sacramento, advising a CEO on government procurement strategy, managing influencer campaigns, or writing compelling narratives for grant applications.

The variety keeps me sharp and allows me to see the bigger picture when putting together strategies for clients.

Traveling & California

I love to travel and explore new places, especially museums and national parks. Internationally, I have traveled to Cambodia, France, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam. In the U.S., I have traveled to many of the major cities and everywhere in between.

Fun Fact: I have lived in Central, Northern, and Southern California. These are mega-regions, and each is distinctly different, yet the same. Weird, right?

Fitness & Running Long

Gym. Running. Hiking. Spin. Yoga. I love it all. In my early 30s, I caught the running bug and challenged myself to run a 5K, then a 10K, then a half marathon, and so on. The furthest distance I’ve completed is a 50-miler. I’ve attempted a 100-miler (HURT 100) but quit at mile 40. My goal is to complete a 100K by the end of 2026.
